How to Initiate a Return
To request a return, contact us at info@shuela.net with your order number and reason for return. We will provide you with the return shipping address and instructions.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
Return Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was defective or the wrong product was delivered.
Exchanges
