How can I place an order?
Simply browse our catalog, select your favorite jewelry, and add it to your cart. Once ready, proceed to checkout and follow the payment instructions. You can order and pay on delivery (COD) or directly with credit cards.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept cash on delivery and major credit/debit cards.
Can I modify or cancel my order?
Orders can only be modified or canceled within 12 hours of placing them. After that, production may already have started.
Shipping & Delivery
How long does shipping take?
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. If an item is out of stock, please allow 4–6 days for it to be handcrafted before shipping.
How can I track my order?
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking link by email.
Return & Refund
What is your return policy?
We accept returns within 7 days of delivery, as long as the item is unworn, unused, and in its original packaging.
Do you accept exchanges?
Yes, you can exchange for another item of equal or higher value (price difference applies).
Are custom-made jewelry pieces returnable?
Since custom jewelry is made specifically for you, it is non-returnable and non-refundable.
